Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

By registering for or participating in this seminar, workshop, coaching session, or online training (collectively referred to as the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this Event is completely voluntary.
I choose to join of my own free will and take full responsibility for my actions and decisions.

2. No Guarantees

I understand that the Event provides educational information only, and no guarantees are made regarding:

• Financial results

• Real estate deals

• Income earned

• Business outcomes

• Success in implementing any strategies

Any examples or testimonials are not promises or predictions.

3. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that all real estate decisions involve risk.
I agree that I am solely responsible for:

• My financial choices

• My real estate transactions

• How I interpret and apply the information

• Any actions taken during or after the Event

I will consult my own legal, financial, or professional advisors before making decisions.

4. Release of Liability

By participating, I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the Event organizers, hosts, speakers, partners, affiliates, and any associated parties from:

• Financial loss

• Property damage

• Business impacts

• Personal injury

• Any other claims related to my participation

This waiver applies whether the alleged harm arises from negligence or any other cause.

5. No Professional Relationship

I understand that participation in this Event does not create an attorney-client, financial advisor-client, agent-client, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

6. Recording & Media Release

I acknowledge that the Event may be recorded.
By attending, I grant permission for:

• My image

• My voice

• My participation

to be captured and used for marketing, promotion, or educational purposes without compensation.

7. Refund Policy Acknowledgment

I understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for this Event, consistent with the published refund policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

I agree that any disputes arising from participation in this Event will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Agreement

By registering for or attending the Event, I confirm that I have carefully read this Liability Waiver, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them.
