Thank you for choosing to learn with us. We value your commitment and want to ensure clarity in how our refund process works.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our training, all ticket purchases, masterclasses, workshops, and digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Event Access

If you are unable to attend the live session, you will receive access to the replay (if applicable).
Replay access is provided as a courtesy and does not replace our no-refund policy.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the session, all registered attendees will be notified and provided either:

• A new event date, or

• An event credit for a future session.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute after receiving access to event materials, links, or replays is considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to ban future participation from attendees who file unwarranted chargebacks.
